Anthony reviewed the transaction which had already completed and gave me information about how to get it back through setting up a wallet on the right network. He didn't have details, but patiently answered my questions enough that I was able to research and gain access to the coins I purchased.

There was a probem with the network that delayed my transfer. But the helpdesk staff at ChangeNOW swiftly answered all my question coming back with an estimated time to solve. Found out about ChangeNOW today and would come back again.
